Visit some open houses in StL on the first weekend of spring
The vernal equinox is here, and astronomically speaking, spring has officially begun in the northern hemisphere. This is the day in which the sun’s direct rays are crossing over the Earth’s equator from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere.
In addition, a rare total solar eclipse occurred on the same day and could be seen in parts of Europe, Asia and Africa. Total solar eclipses occur when the moon passes between Earth and the sun, obscuring the star from view and casting a shadow of the moon on parts of the planet’s surface. The moon seems to blot out the sun perfectly, a cosmic coincidence.

The home is being offered at $575,000, has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and an apartment/in-law suite. This custom designed home has an ideal space for extended family and in in-home office.
Since we are now officially into spring 2015, it’s time to drag out the golf clubs. One of the many amenities of 946 Stone Spring Drive is that it is located in The Legends which is an 18 hole golf course measuring 7,026 yards from the back tees. The course has Zoysia grass on the fairways and Penncross-Bentgrass on the tees and greens. It is a Robert Trent Jones, Sr designed course.
The Third 9 hole course measures 3,386 yards from the back tees. This course has a hillier terrain, yet it is as fun and challenging as the first 18 holes. This 9 hole course wraps around a good portion of the residential homes. If you are in a hurry and can’t wait for a tee time on the 18 hole course, the third 9 is always open and an option.
