Open Houses in the Metro StL
Spring in the urban areas of StL is so beautiful to me. I love to see the diversity of landscaping that has been nurturing for over 100 years. It is delightful to take a walk the different neighborhoods and notice the mature with the new.
That being said, have fun this spring holiday weekend strolling through the open houses and noticing the beauty around you. Listed below are open houses in the central corridor of metro StL for March 14 through March 17, 2015. You can sort the homes in the drop down box at the top of the list. To customize your own open house search, click on one of the homes below, select “new search on the top bar, and add a zip code or city, address or subdivision of your choice. (Please note that the listings are not retrievable after the open house date has passed.)

7245- 7249 Arsenal Street, Offered at $190000
This past week, I spent some time traveling around Metro StL looking at new construction. There seems to be quite a bit happening throughout the city. The walkable areas seem to be the most popular. Vacant lots and potential tear downs are being snatched up by various urban developers. It’s really fun.
7245-7249 Arsenal could be an excellent opportunity to live in a home while building next door. This property is on a dead end street. The possibilities for the lot are multiple – the workshop could easily become an at-home-office, the lot could become a gardeners delight or it could be an incredible space for family fun.
When you drive up you feel like you are walking onto an old farmhouse in Maine. The home was built in the late 1800’s and still has most of its charm intact. Most of the windows still have the handblown glass. There is a little country gate leading to the front porch and a gravel driveway leading onto the property. The workshop is 30×30 and wonderful for furniture makers, automobile enthusiasts or anybody who has a hobby that doesn’t quite fit in the house. The yard could be wonderful for a gardener or just throwing parties. For additional information about this property, click here.
